Who is Bryan of MD-Fitness?

My name is Bryan Sha' and I'm the owner and operator of Multi-D-Fitness.com.  I'm a retired personal trainer (2010 - 2018), certified through the nationally accredited school, National Academy of Sports Medicine.  I'm currently a fitness blogger, website designer, musician & book author.
 
 
 
A structured childhood called for healthy living to be ingrained in me.  At the tender age of 17 I served one contract with the U.S armed forces, and then used it as a stepping block into the fitness industry. 
 
 
 
 
I've had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages and walks of life; starting from 24 Hour Fitness and then branching off into various fitness clubs where I held management positions.  I've helped tons of diabetics reduce and even eliminate their meds.  My final project was helping a client who had a degenerative leg disease regain functionality in her legs and feet by uniquely challenging her nervous system.
